Business Improvement Grant

The Lavon Economic Development Corporation offers small, for-profit  retail , business,  in Lavon, a forgivable loan/grant for up to $9,999.00 for building  improvements. A small retail business is to have $2 million or less in annual sales and 20 or fewer employees. An applicant may also be the owner of a retail zoned building no larger than 15,000 s.f.
