Housing Developments now under development

Lake Breeze Estates Located at SH 78 and Lake Road (CR 486) this planned development has been approved for 109 residential lots. Commercial (27 acres) is planned at corner and along SH 78.  Grand Homes is the home builder. Gerald Porter is the Commercial Realtor at 214 773 0966.

Lakepointe A 200 acre residential development on east side of SH 78 at FM 6. The phase I (178 hms), Phase II (259 hms),& Phase III (  residential development are in home building. Total plan is 700 homes and 25 acres of commercial and flex uses. Christie, Blue Haven and Trophy Signature Homes are the home builders. Steve Lenart is the commercial site contact at 469 446 3544. 

Crestridge Meadows, at FM 484, is south of Traditions West. Phase 1, for 65 lots,  Phase II for 134 lots .Starlight Homes, of Ashton Woods Homes, is the home builder.

Bear Creek East, Phases 1, 2, 3, 4 & 5 Bloomfield Homes is the developer for 454 lot residential development south of Bear Creek Subdivision. Phase 3 with 131 lots is near completion with home building soon to begin. Phases 4,5 & 6 with (799 lots) is pending preliminary plats. 

Elevon is a 1,600 acre proposed development under planning stages to the east of Lavon. Phase 1A with 319 lots and Phase 1B with 74 lots are under development with home building expected 2022. Phases 1-2B, 1-2A, 1-3, 1-4, 2-2A are with preliminary plans pending or approved. Approximately 1941 lots are within these preliminary plan phases. Proposed to be voluntary annexed in Lavon 1,268.7 acres.

Trails of Lavon is planning a 205.5 acre, 653 sf unit residential and commercial development south of Crestridge Meadows along FM 484. The property has been voluntarily annexed. PID district and development  is underway.
