Grand Heritage is a master planned community within Lavon. In the initial phase 1,759 homes are planned with total build out at 5,000 homes. There are currently 900 homes in place, an 18,000 sf amenities center and large pool with adjoining park.
 
Traditions and Traditions West of Grand Heritage are the two newest subdivisions of Grand Heritage.  Traditions has 97 lots and Traditions West has 84 lots.  Homes are being built by Bloomfield Homes.
 
Crestridge Meadows, at FM 484, is south of Traditions West.  The property has been annexed into the City.  Preliminary plat approval has been approved.  There are 274 lots proposed.  Contact Sterling One Properties 972 400 1916 for more information.
