Housing Developments

 
 
Lake Breeze Estates  Located at SH 78 and Lake Road (CR 486) planned development has been approved for 109 residential lots.  Commercial is planned at corner and along SH 78.  Will Sorrels is owner  214 778 7272.
 
Lakepoint   A  200 acre residential development on east side of SH 78  at FM 6.  The phase I residential development of 161 homes is ready for home building.  Total plan is 700 homes and 27 acres of commercial and flex uses.  Blue Haven and Trophy Homes are the builders.
 
Lavon Farms, on FM 2755 was annexed into the City and a PD for 156 homes was approved.  Pacesetter and Meritage Homes is building homes now.  Approximately 70 homes are underway with many sold.  
 
Crestridge Meadows, at FM 484, is south of Traditions West.  The property has been annexed into the City. Phase 1 for 140 lots is expected to be completed at the send of the summer, 2020.  Phase II for 134 lots is under construction.  Starlight Homes of Ashton Woods homes is developing the housing.
 

Traditions Phase 2  Bloomfield Homes, 888 934 6583, is developing this 111- lot residential development located between Traditions and Traditions  West.  Homebuilding is underway.

Traditions and Traditions West   Bloomfield Homes developer and home builder built both of theses development.  Traditions has 97 lots and Traditions West has 84 lots.  These developments are complete.  

Bear Creek East , Phases 1,2 & 3   Bloomfield Homes is the developer for 454 lot residential development south of Bear Creek Subdivision.  A trail system and amenities center is planned.  Phase 3 is to be completed by December 2020 with 161 lots.  

Grand Heritage is a planned community within Lavon on SH 78 and SH 205. There are 869 homes built, an 18,000 sf amenities center and large pool with adjoining park.
 
Abston Hills  is a 1,600 acre proposed development under planning stages to the east of Lavon.  Infrastructure agreement and entitlements pending.  No applications received by the City.  John Marlin 972 897 2924.
