Housing Developments

 
 
Lake Breeze Estates  Located at SH 78 and Lake Road (CR 486) planned development has been approved for 109 residential lots.  Commercial (27 acres) is planned at corner and along SH 78.  Will Sorrels is owner  214 778 7272.
 
Lakepointe  A  200 acre residential development on east side of SH 78  at FM 6.  The phase I (178 hms) & Phase II (259 hms) residential development is in home building.  Total plan is 700 homes and 25 acres of commercial and flex uses.  Christie, Blue Haven and Trophy Signature  Homes are the builders.  Future phases includes 218 lots.
 
Lavon Farms, on FM 2755  is developed for 156 homes.  Pacesetter and Meritage Homes are building homes now and near completion. 
 
Crestridge Meadows, at FM 484, is south of Traditions West.  Phase 1 for 65 lots is expected to be completed at the end of the summer, 2021.  Phase II for 134 lots is building homes now.  Starlight Homes of Ashton Woods homes is developing the housing.
 

Traditions Phase 2  Bloomfield Homes is developing this 111- lot residential development located between Traditions and Traditions  West.  Homebuilding is underway.

Traditions and Traditions West   Bloomfield Homes developer and home builder built both of theses development.  Traditions has 97 lots and Traditions West has 84 lots.  These developments are complete.  

Bear Creek East , Phases 1,2 , 3, 4 & 5   Bloomfield Homes is the developer for 454 lot residential development south of Bear Creek Subdivision.  Phase 3 with 131 lots is near completion with home building soon to begin.  Phases 4,5 & 6 with (799 lots) is pending preliminary plats.  

Grand Heritage is a planned community within Lavon on SH 78 and SH 205. There are 869 homes built, an 18,000 sf amenities center and large pool with adjoining park.
 
Elevon  is a 1,600 acre proposed development under planning stages to the east of Lavon. Phase 1A with 319 lots and Phase 1B with 74 lots are under development with home building expected in fall of 2021.  Phases 1-2B, 1-2A, 1-3, 1-4, 2-2A are with preliminary plans pending or approved
Approimately 1941 lots are within these preliminary plan phases.
 
Meritage Homes  is site planning a 202 acre, 653 sf unit residential and commercial development south of Crestridge Meadows along FM 484.
